Atlanta police on Thursday said they have identified a suspect in the slaying of rapper Slim Dunkin, a day before an elaborate funeral is planned for the local music artist.

The suspect was identified as another local rapper, 28-year-old Young Vito, whose real name is Vinson Hardimon, police told Channel 2 Action News. A Twitter posting earlier this year identified Young Vito as an "east Atlanta Zone 6 ... street legend turned rapper” who was about to “embark on capitalizing the rap, fashion, & movie industry.”

Police are seeking the public’s help in finding Young Vito and said calls can be made to Crimestoppers.

Slim Dunkin, whose real name is Mario Hamilton, was killed Dec. 16 after being gunned down at a southeast Atlanta recording studio.

Rappers Waka Flocka Flame and Gucci Mane plan to go all out Friday for Slim Dunkin's funeral, according to TMZ.

The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday at Berean Christian Church in Stone Mountain. Burial will follow at Hillandale Memorial Gardens in Lithonia. Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements, said a wake was planned for Thursday at its chapel on Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard in Atlanta.

The funeral home said two limos will deliver Slim Dunkin’s family to the church Friday. According to TMZ, the funeral will be elaborate with a “white horse-drawn carriage, massive white floral arrangements, and a white dove release ceremony.”

Waka Flocka Flame and Gucci Mane will pick up the lion’s share of the expenses, TMZ said, with Slim Dunkin’s family paying for the rest of the send-off.

Slim Dunkin was a childhood friend of Waka Flocka Flame's and appeared on Gucci Mane and Waka's "Ferrari Boyz" album released over the summer.

Witnesses told police Slim Dunkin, 24, got into an argument before a video shoot at a studio on Memorial Drive about 5:30 p.m. last Friday. The person he was arguing with pulled out a pistol and shot Hamilton in the chest, they told Atlanta police. Hamilton was pronounced dead at Grady Memorial Hospital.

According to web site HipHopdx, Slim Dunkin was at the Memorial Drive studio to attend a recording session with Gucci Mane and another rap artist, V-Nasty, for a "Push Ups" video when he was killed.

Rapper Slim Dunkin will be laid to rest just before the Christmas holiday weekend begins.

Slim’s funeral is slated to take place tomorrow (December 16) at Berean Christian Church in Atlanta.

Slim, born Mario Hamilton, was shot and killed last Friday (December 14) in an Atlanta recording studio.

As incredible as it may sound, police believe the rapper’s death stemmed from an argument over a piece of candy, in the recording studio.

As police look for a suspect in the shooting, Slim Dunkin’s family, along with 1017 Brick Squad members Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame are planning a lavish funeral for the rapper.

Waka continued to mourn for Slim Dunkin via Twitter.

“My #GrandmaMillie told me don’t question God but why Dunk, i did way more f**k s**t in my life then lil bra. it should of been me.”

Slim Dunkin’s funeral will begin at 11:00 am.

I am going to give men a starting point for the types of women I feel are a good consideration to date. We, as men, know the goal is to have a woman we can love, cherish, hold, and make our wife. 3. A Simple and Low Maintenance Woman
A low maintenance woman tends to be focused on the truly important things in life. I’ve found them to be non-clingy, very rational, and supportive. She won’t care about how much money you have or don’t have. She will like you for who you are and is not looking for what you can do for her. She accepts you freely because she is comfortable in who she is. She is more about becoming a better woman than just appearing to be a good woman.

4. A Woman Who Can Truly Be Your Best Friend
Friendship before love is always best before a serious relationship.

5. Emotionally Stable
This type of woman understands God gave her emotions and instincts to give man balance. She understands emotions are never used as a decision making tool, because emotions can lead you outside of the will of God. 6. A Loyal and Patient Woman
She is with you through the good and the bad. She’s there if you’re rich; she’s there if you’re poor (if you have 2 cents, 2 dollars, or 2 million dollars… makes no difference). She is right there cheering you on and helping you to be great. She will not be looking for other men, because all of her attention is with you. She will uplift, support and encourage you.

7. A Woman with Character
This should go without saying, but I will add this (and this type should really be the first thing you consider for any woman). She must be of a woman of good character. Without character, it will be difficult to even build a strong friendship. Character is what we do when other people are not looking, but God always knows what we are doing (e.g. A woman who will still entertain men, giving out her number to other men, etc… is not serious about a courtship leading to marriage and it speaks to her character). How she will honor and respect the relationship as you grow together when you are not around speaks volumes about her character. 

A disturbing image purportedly showing a young girl bound with duct tape on her mouth, wrists and ankles has touched off a joint police and child protective services investigation in Chicago, FoxNews.com has learned.

The image, which was circulated on the Web, appears to be posted on a Facebook profile page bearing the name Andre Dmcg Curry and describes him as a 21-year-old married Chicago man.

A caption accompanying the image reads: "This is wut [sic] happens wen [sic] my baby hits me back. ; )"

When FoxNews.com, however, accessed a Facebook proflle on Tuesday apparently belonging to Curry, the image was not visible. Several attempts by FoxNews.com to contact Curry and other members of his family for comment were unsuccessful.

Officer Mike Sullivan, a spokesman for the Chicago Police Department, confirmed to FoxNews.com that the image has led to an "ongoing investigation."

Detectives have questioned Curry, who has not been placed under arrest as of midday Tuesday, Sullivan said, declining further comment.

Jimmie Whitelow, a spokesman for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, said his agency also is investigating the image. Whitelow said DCFS officials have had no prior contact with the family.

Curry's purported Facebook profile contains several messages from Saturday referencing the image.

"Nasty dirty child abuser," one posting read. "To do this to your daughter, your flesh and blood is unbelievable."

Another posting read: "This is what happens when children have children. I won't leave a negative comment because hate breeds more hate. This boy needs prayer, education, parenting classes, and therapy."

Posting it on facebook your looking for nothing but trouble....nothing but feds and cops on there looking for somebody to say or post something incriminating. 

Thanks to a Utah convenience store's contest, Frito-Lay truck driver David Dopp won another set of wheels last Saturday: this lime-green, 631-hp Lamborghini Murcielago LP-640, worth at least $200,000. Such an awesome car that will...oops, he already wrecked it.

Just a few hours after getting the keys to the V-12 powered Italian supercar named for a famed Spanish fighting bull, Dopp took to the roads around his home in Santaquin, Utah. According to In Santaquin News, police were called about dusk after a witness spotted the all-wheel-drive Lambo bass-ackwards in a field, with skidmarks from where it left the road.

Dopp -- who had apparently already taken one call from the local police about takin' it easy before going off-road -- says he was going about 40 mph to 50 mph on a 35-mph road when he hit a patch of what he called black ice or gravel. The police report says the car went over a curb, off the road and 75 feet into the field, calling the accident "speed related."

The Murcielago is now bound for Las Vegas, where mechanics will calculate a repair estimate on the busted oil pan and damaged bumper. Dopp, who has insurance, says the day was "an emotional roller coaster." If you mess with a bull, don't be surprised when you get the horns.
